We throw the most electric startup, VC, and tech events on the

From private dinners with power VCs to rooftop summits with unicorn founders, our events drive real relationships, real capital, and real momentum. It’s “business in the front, party in the back,” done with precision, vibes, and zero fluff.
Now, we’re building our crew of Kamp Counselors—charismatic, experienced, community-driven event hosts who know how to run the room, spark real connections, and show up like the leader they are.

Love Kamp events. Phil knows how to host for impact. The most recent AI infra leaders dinner was exceptionally curated. I walked away having learned from and connected with some of NYC’s best. Curation and production are critical to event alchemy. It blows my mind how many companies compromise brand integrity with poorly managed in-person experiences.
I had the pleasure of attending the investor-founder dinner at Boss Bites last night in SF, expertly led by Phil Castro at Kamp Events. The event was exceptionally well planned, with thoughtful timing that seamlessly balanced networking opportunities and engaging panel discussions. The idea to rotate seats between courses was brilliant—it encouraged everyone to connect with new faces and expand their professional networks organically. I was truly impressed by the high caliber of participants, each bringing unique insights and experience to the table. Additionally, the restaurant and meal choices were outstanding, elevating the overall experience. I highly recommend attending events orchestrated by Kamp Events—they are a model for how to create meaningful, memorable, and productive gatherings in the startup and investment community.
I had the pleasure of attending the 'AI Infrastructure Race' private dinner during Miami Tech Week, hosted by Phil and the Kamp team, and it was an outstanding experience. The event brought together a thoughtfully curated group of Miami’s top tech leaders, fostering meaningful connections in a relaxed, engaging setting. From insightful conversations to high-quality networking opportunities, Phil and his team demonstrated a clear talent for organizing impactful events that truly bring the right people together. Looking forward to more from the Kamp team!

Yes. This isn’t your first mic. We’re looking for someone who can command attention, not just read intros. 3+ years of hosting experience + 5+ years in the startup/VC world is our sweet spot.
No worries. Just submit your two short intro videos (we’ll send prompts) + any clip of you leading, moderating, or speaking at a live event. If you don’t have one, improvise with what you’ve got—we care more about vibe than production value.
Think VIP-only. Our top hosts get access to private dinners, strategy retreats, city-specific WhatsApp groups, early invites to new city expansions, and unreleased experiences before anyone else.
It’s our way of saying: you’re not a contractor. You’re part of this brand.
