Rachel is a Principal and leads the early-stage investment team at RevTech Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in entrepreneurs creating technologies and concepts driving the retail transformation. She spends her free time helping women overcome both professional and personal barriers as a Principal Cohort Lead for AllRaise and the Dallas President of the SoGal Foundation.
Prior to RevTech, Rachel worked with executives on digital transformations, product development, and marketing technology at an award-winning global boutique consultancy. She also spearheaded several F500 retail + startup partnerships and launched the team to create and drive the firm’s national market expansion strategy.
Rachel uncovered her passion for startups through starting and scaling a nutrition program for kids in under-served areas across Texas and driving national expansion for a VC-backed recruiting startup. After witnessing the public good generated through the application of capitalistic principles and concepts, she sought to round out her understanding by analyzing the drivers of public policy formation and impact for one of America’s most influential think tanks.
Have an interesting idea, speaking inquiry, or want to connect? Shoot me a DM with the details! I will always read cold outreach and decks from founders.
Outside of work, I’m personally passionate about faith-based mentorship and professional development of women, particularly for rising/recent grads. If you’re working on something in this area where I could be a resource, please reach out and I’d love to see how I can be helpful.
