Agenda
4:00–4:30 PM — Welcome Drinks & Networking
4:30–5:15 PM — Venture Panel Discussion with Ben Hron, Shereen Shermak & Abhi Yadav. We will be discussing topics like scaling your AI infrastructure, legal considerations for your startup, venture modeling, SAFE vs convertible notes, hiring techniques and GTM. You won't want to miss these deep insights by the expert operator and investors.
5:15–6:00 PM — Networking On Rooftop With Epic Views
6:30–8:00 PM — VIP Dinner for MVP & VIP ticket holders. Private dinner with speakers and VIP attendees
Saturday, May 30th — 11am–2pm — Politically Incorrect Food Tour (VIP Only). We will visit 5-7 neighborhood eateries where we will sample the best Italian sub ever, some wonderful cheese Raviolis, Pizza and/or Arancini and desserts. See some lesser known sites such as the alleged "Mob House". Enjoy the history, stories, and folklore of the North End neighborhood through the eyes of a local. Visit a unique 94 year old coffee and spice shop.
Speakers
Jana Eggers — CEO at Nara Logics. CEO of Nara Logics, a Boston-based AI company delivering neuroscience-inspired AI for enterprise decision-making. A seasoned technology executive with deep expertise in applied AI, Jana has held VP roles at Intuit and Sabre and is a recognized voice in the AI community.
Ben Hron — Attorney at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough. Business law attorney at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, focused on advising private companies and venture-backed startups. A Harvard Law School graduate based in Boston, Ben counsels founders and investors on venture financing, corporate governance, and strategic transactions.
Shereen Shermak — Founder @ Choose K at Choose K. Founder of Silvis Materials, a sustainable materials startup pioneering nature-derived binders for packaging and building products. Backed by Techstars, NSF SBIR grants, MIT e14 Fund, and Plug and Play, Shereen is building at the intersection of deep tech and sustainability.
Abhi Yadav — Founder & Investor. Entrepreneur, founder, and investor with a track record of building and backing technology companies. Abhi brings a builder's perspective to the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and startup growth.
Phil Castro — Founder & CEO at Kamp. Founder and CEO of Kamp Events. Phil has built one of the most founder-focused event networks in the country, connecting thousands of startup founders, investors, and operators across dozens of cities.
Adrian Mendoza — General Partner & Founder at Mendoza Ventures. Founder and General Partner at Mendoza Ventures — the first Latinx-founded VC fund on the East Coast, based in Boston. Ashley Reid — Founder & CEO at Wellist. Founder and CEO of Wellist, a Boston-based company that connects employees to personalized support resources through a proprietary resource matching platform. Ashley started Wellist to address the gap in nonclinical patient support and has grown it to serve over 550 hospitals nationwide.
