10:15 AM — "Hiring Hacks" by David Bitton. David has hired hundreds of people in the past few years and has a systematic step by step approach to doing so. He will unpack his strategies for building your A-team. He also will cover compensation structures, culture and retention strategies.
11:15 AM — Hip Hop Speed Networking: 6 rounds, 5 minutes each. Our signature high-energy networking format. Six focused conversations with curated matches.
11:45 AM — "Private & Public Market Trends" with Henri Pierre-Jacques, Shane Neman, Valentina Terranova & Sunny Patel. We will discuss what verticals and industries are hot right now, multiples to consider and how they are changing in 2026, public market trends and more. All discussed with top VCs from Miami with massive funds.
1:30 PM — Power Lunch Catered by Taula with "Sales Hacks" Discussion. We will have a communal open discussion (while we eat lunch) on sales hacks that has been working for everyone and what has been failing. We encourage everyone to learn from each other.
2:30 PM — "Mastering GTM" with Edrizio De La Cruz & Solon Angel. We will unpack what has been working well for both b2b and b2c folks from expert GTM founders but also ask the crowd what has been working for them - sharing wisdom around the room.
3:30 PM — Content Train. All "The Boss" and "The Ballers" will go take new head shots and film content and everyone else can do some remote work or go home to freshen up, etc.
4:30 PM — Cornhole Happy Hour Competition. Just like it sounds. We will have a cornhole tournament with a bartender there mixing up drinks and we will build relationships with the other founders, execs and investors.
6:30 PM — VIP Dinner @ Bunburry Miami. 4.8 star Argentinian hot spot and it's 7 min walking distance. All upgraded ticket holders and some of the speakers to break bread - smaller intimate group.
9:30 AM — 45 min Workout at Barry's Bootcamp (private class). Start the day strong with a private Barry's class exclusive to summit attendees.

11:30 AM — "M&A Strategies" with Krishan Arora, Divya Gugnani, James Smedley & Martin Logan. If you want to get ahead and understand how to position your company for an exit, be sure to listen up. They will be breaking down how to stay organized with your data room, scope out potential buyers (even if years down the road), leading up to the potential sale, necessary paperwork, timelines and more considerations.
12:30 PM — Power Lunch Catered by La Sandwicherie w/ "Current Problems" Discussion. We will have a communal open discussion (while we eat lunch) on current bottlenecks in your organization and where you are stuck. Other entrepreneurs and execs can weigh in on potential solutions.
2:00 PM — "The AI Tools To Help You Scale" by Lalla Alaoui. Governance, workflows, infrastructure, agents and more.
3:00 PM — "Monetizing Your Content" by Gio Punzo. Capturing the right content and how to make millions from it.
5:00 PM — Happy Hour @ Black Market Downtown. We will all do a 5 min walk to happy hour. Please note that everyone is welcomed to join but only "The Boss" and "The Baller" ticket holders will have their drinks covered.
